If This Is Your Life Right Now…

You’re in the Right Place.

I know how reactivity can take over your life.

The barking, lunging, growling… the unpredictable explosions at the mere sight of another dog… and that feeling of being constantly on edge, never quite knowing what might happen next.

Walks stop being enjoyable.

Even having visitors over becomes stressful.

Your confidence slowly erodes.

And the guilt? That nagging feeling that somehow you're failing your dog?

Overwhelming.

But here's the truth:

You're not a bad owner. Your dog isn't broken. And there are kind, effective steps we can take to help you both feel safe again.

How It Works

Your Journey from

Chaos to Calm

01

Understanding your dog.

We begin with a detailed 90-minute assessment, taking time to explore your dog's history and the situations you find most challenging. We'll look closely at your dog's reactions, identify their triggers and investigate other factors that may be contributing to their behaviour.

Once I have a clearer understanding of what's happening, I'll develop a personalised training plan with clear, achievable steps to help you and your dog move forward.

02

Learning, practicing & growing together.

Through individual one-to-one sessions, we'll put your personalised training plan into practice, building skills at a pace your dog can manage.

Training between sessions is an essential part of the programme. Each week, you'll practise the exercises with your dog and submit short videos of your training for me to review, so I can provide constructive feedback and help you get the most out of the programme.

03

Take the next steps with confidence.

As your dog's skills and confidence develop, we'll introduce carefully managed training with stooge dogs during your one-to-one sessions. Giving you opportunities to practise around real dogs in a controlled, supportive environment.

When your dog is ready, we'll build on those experiences through a month of our small-group Chaos to Calm training, included in your programme.

There's no pressure to rush. Every dog progresses at their own pace.

Where Do We Start?

Chaos to Calm Five is the natural starting point for most dogs and their guardians.

Your programme begins with a detailed assessment, giving me the opportunity to understand your dog's behaviour, identify contributing factors and develop a personalised training plan.

Following the assessment, I'll have a much clearer picture of your dog's needs. If I feel you and your dog would benefit from more than five individual training sessions, I'll explain my recommendations and offer you the option to upgrade to Chaos to Calm Seven or Nine.

You'll only pay the difference between the packages, and the choice to upgrade is always yours.

Continuing Your Chaos to Calm Journey

Every programme includes one month of our weekly Chaos to Calm small-group classes, which you'll begin when your dog is ready.

After your included month, you're welcome to continue attending for £110 per month, for as long as you and your dog find the sessions beneficial.

There's no obligation to continue, but you're welcome to keep attending for as long as you and your dog find the sessions helpful.

Testimonials

Real People. Real Progress.

He had begun to react to other dogs and some humans. She was brilliant with us and taught me how to engage him in games which trained things like disengaging from triggers, how to settle on a mat, impulse control harnessing his gundog instincts and so much more.

We still use the techniques she gave us.

Why Work with Natasja?

Living with a reactive dog can be exhausting, and the last thing you need is someone judging you or telling you what you've been doing wrong.

I've been training dogs since 1994 and have spent many years helping guardians understand and work through challenging behaviour. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour and Training from COAPE, and my approach combines professional knowledge with extensive hands-on experience.

But qualifications are only part of the picture.

I believe successful reactivity training starts with understanding the individual dog — their emotions, experiences and the reasons behind their reactions.

I also understand the challenges of living with a reactive dog. My own Belgian Groenendael, Cassie, is dog-reactive, so I know what it's like to plan walks carefully, constantly watch your surroundings, and manage situations that other dog owners might never think twice about.

That experience, alongside my professional knowledge, helps me offer practical, compassionate support without judgement.

My Fun | Focus | Play® approach uses kind, reward-based training to help you develop the skills and confidence to support your dog in everyday life.

No judgement. No intimidation. No quick-fix promises. Just practical, personalised support for you and your dog.

Ready to Start Feeling Hopeful Again?

You don't have to face the challenges of living with a reactive dog on your own.

Together, we'll work towards understanding your dog's behaviour, building confidence and developing the skills to make everyday life more manageable.
